In 2003, when we discovered that our small factory unit in Victoria Park was running out of room, our eyes turned eastwards to The Swan Valley. From a dusty narrow stretch of 5 acres grew what is the Distillery today.
A custom built Tasting Room at the front looking into the daily operations of the Distillery, adjacent to an open courtyard perfect for those warm summer days.
Four years later we've filled out the factory with machinery, the tasting room with new liqueurs and met a whole heap of interesting people. Every day, one drinker at a time, we're converting our customers over to our range of spirits by enticing them with interesting cocktails and unique syrup mixers.
And! We're not about to stop here. Every year our festivals get bigger and better, our products become more refined and our cocktails more inventive (thanks to some creative customers mind you). We've already extended the back portion of the Distillery to make room for a few extra festivals here and there. (more)
