The car wash service is disgusting. The old man who runs it never does a good job. I complained about the vacuuming and he said "What do you expect for $40?" I tried this car wash 3 times and each time there was still dirty spots on the car, there was lint all over the car as he uses a towel to dry it and if you complain, he actually screams at you. The scratch he left on my car was the last straw for me. The service station part is really good. They have a vast variety of goods and the fruit they sell is always top notch. The best staff are the females that work there. They are always very friendly and the woman who works on the weekends is always happy to help with checking tyres or oil or both. As we live local, we have gotten to know most of the staff. The Indian woman is always friendly and gives you a friendly greeting. The Australian woman is the helpful one. She is always busy doing something and doesn't just sit behind the counter. She is also the one to see if you need help with your tyres. She is a true asset to that business and I was surprised when she told me she was not the owner, she is just a regular empployee. The Indian man with glasses who works most nights is the laziest person I have ever encountered in a shop. He is always using his mobile phone but sometimes he will interrupt his call to tell a customer that he does not know where they keep particular products. The Indian lady who works on Mondays is pleasant but not very helpful. Apart from the car wash which looks dirty, cluttered and like it is about to fall down around the cranky old gent who owns it, it's a great little business.
