Don't let them fool you. Typical car salesmen. They acted so genuine whilst I was deciding on a car and went on about how they are a family business that really care and look after their customers. It wasn't until after my finance was approved and the deal was locked in that they told me about issues the car had. I was advised that they would need the car back for a couple of days to fix an airbag problem. They had the car for at least two weeks. Communication during this period was terrible. Each day I was told I would receive my car back the next day and I was the one that had to call them first. Once I finally got the car back it came up with about five more issues including a broken fuel gauge, broken cd player, loud buzzing from the speakers and worst of all the car doors were unlocking whilst I was driving causing all the interior lights to come on (not fun when you do shift work and are driving to work at 0330 in the morning). They took the car for another two weeks. During the first six weeks of my car I only drove it for two of those weeks which is especially frustrating considering I am paying the car off. When we went to pick the car up again after being told it was completely fixed, the dash was broken. We complained about how things had been dealt with and it resulted in me having to go to consumer protection for advice. When we complained, the owner became very aggressive and was yelling at myself and my parents when we had done nothing wrong. All I wanted was the car that I paid for. I have the car now but there are still things that are not fixed. Very unhappy with the whole situation. Worst customer service I have ever received. I would strongly suggest that you choose your car dealer before you choose your car!
