Parramatta prestige Auto has been established for over 17 years.

The business started in 1991 with Jack Soghomonian and his son Avo Soghomonian, which has grown from a small family run business to one of Australia's largest European Auto Dismantler.

We have started off with 3 employees and have now grown to employee over 30 staff with organization which is divided into 3 separate departments which include dismanteling of all parts, (New & Used) we have a complete Paint & Panel shop which also includes a fully licensed mechanical workshop.

Our mechanical workshop is fitted with all the latest diagnostic equipment for all makes & models of European made vehicles and our highly trained technicians can ensure high quality work guaranteed. (more)

If I could give this place absolutely no stars at all, I would! I arrived at their premises today, a Saturday morning (their website says they are supposed to be open) and walked into the reception. An older guy was sitting behind the desk filling out some paperwork - it took him 60 seconds to even acknowledge I was there. When I asked if he could help me out with a part for the car, he followed me out to the car park, waited for me to open the bonnet, then waited for me to explain what part I wanted and then just said "I can't help you, we're closed - none of the parts guys are here". He then literally turned his back without saying anything else and walked back into the building. I was left standing there open mouthed - astounded that in 2013 some companies think that they can get away with treating customers as though they were pieces of dirt, just there for the convenience of their company, rather than the other way around! It doesn't take a customer service guru to perhaps realise the helpful/smart thing to do would have been to a)Put something on their website saying that they were not actually open today - rather than they would be! b)The guy could have told me they were closed before I took the trouble of going back out to the car park, opening the bonnet and showing him the part I needed and c)perhaps take the trouble to take my telephone number down so that someone else could ring me back and help me out when they were in fact open. Perhaps he didn't realise that there are websites like this (with this review) that will pop up near the top of a Google search when potential customers Google their company name. Absolutely terrible customer service - non existent, to be more accurate. Steer well clear would be my advice - there are lots more similar companies to choose from in the area.
