DDT was started by Ella Smith an ex-legal clerk/secretary/conveyancer to help small businesses with their 'odd' jobs where an extra pair of hands is so often required.
So often, businesses are subjected to staff being away, falling ill or simply unable to cope with the demand of work. This is where we step in, we are a 'virtual secretary service' to assist you with your work load. We operate on an 'online' basis whereby you simply dictate and email your work to us. Once received, we will complete the dictation and email back to you in a Word format.

We are also capable of completing the more common legal documents that you may require. We note that in order for us to complete the same, you would need to provide a Word version of your precedent, eg an Affidavit or Contract of Sale.

You can also email us a Word version of your Letterhead that we will keep on file.

Although Ella's background is Legal, we are willing and able to assist in all areas requiring administrative assistance. Whether you be a plumber, electrician, real estate agent or funeral director, we are able to assist you with your workload.

No contracts are required to be signed and no commitment of ongoing work. We are prepared to complete you 'once off' jobs or if and when required, continue to help your business with ongoing work.

Recent work we have completed:

* 'Babysitting' a practice whilst the business owner is away overseas - monitoring mail, redirection of emails, returning phone calls and ll other tasks required whilst the business owner is away
* Updating of a deeds room/deeds cards and digitising the same.
* Agency work
* Formatting of Word documents and converting to PDF.


Ability to perform one off tasks. You will save money by not paying overheads, not having to create office space, no holiday or sick pay. Simply an assistant to complete your tasks when required.
We offer same day/urgent turn arounds, as well as out of hours (at an additional cost) .
