Most seniors want to stay in their own homes for as long as possible, even if they need day-to-day assistance. As an aged care manager, I arrange the provision of services to help older people stay comfortably and safely at home.

As an Aged Care Manager, I help solve older person's problems. I usually step in when the older person or family is in crisis. Aged Care Management is also a preventative service rendered on demand, increasing the quality of an older person's life, managing all the player's rendering services to the older person, and offering assurance and peace of mind to the adult children of the older individual.

- Administrative assistance i.e. balance cheque books and prepare bills for payment
- Resolve medical insurance and Medicare issues

- Errand and courier service
- Grocery, clothes and personal shopping
- Research and critique options for next level of care
- Meal preparation - customise cooking to the preferred cuisine, as well as diet monitoring

A good knowledge of various services and supports available for older people in the community. I determine what is needed, in consultation with the client and carers, and access services and supports to utilise and maximise what is available for each individual.
Face to face check-ups at home and timely phone call and email updates to family members.
