Co-operative Home Care is a not-for-profit, social enterprise and an employee-owned co-operative.
We believe that everyone has the potential to improve their capacity and make improvements in their well-being. Our services aim to contribute to improved outcomes for individuals, families and communities.

Our Home Support Program provides a diverse range of services in metropolitan and suburban Sydney.

The services include but are not limited to:

Co-operative Home Care is proud member of the Australian Business Council of Co-operatives and we provide services across Sydney.

Our purpose is defined by our activities. They are:

Providing high quality care to the older people, adults with a disability and older people with a disability. We provide respite care for the families and support networks of those individuals we care for. We specialise in caring for those with complex and multiple needs. We support and enable vulnerable people in our local communities to lead fuller and more active lives.

1. We provide services that enable people to enjoy meaningful participation in society as valued community members;
2. We provide multi-dimensional assessments and ongoing monitoring alongside to ensure services continue to meet the needs of the customers and carer;
3. Support plans are developed in consultation with the customers, and significant others and are driven by the customerâ€TMs personal goals;
4. Our services are responsive and flexible acknowledging the individual and changing needs of the person and their circumstances
