Moran Realty is a boutique Real Estate agency operating in Molendinar and Ashmore. Our business is family owned and run ensuring that our customers are always dealing with the owners of the company and ensuring customers always receive the highest quality service. As a smaller agency, we treat every property like it were our own, whether we're selling your home, or managing the lease of an investment property. Unlike many other agents, we have not purchased any of our rental department and have grown it organically from the ground up, largely due to good word of mouth and continual high quality service. The office is owned and operated by Martyn Moran. Martyn has been managing Real Estate offices for 15 years and knows how to value and sell a home with high proficiency. After managing two very successful offices with Ray White and the Professionals, Martyn founded Moran Realty, focussing on reallocating funds he was allocating to franchise fees, back into his customers and with that, developed a strategy that home owners should never pay for advertising. In 2016, Moran Realty's average rent return was $54/week higher than the Molendinar average & sale prices were $62,000 higher than the average making us the #1 for sellers and investors in the area.

As well as the mainstream online advertising channels like realestate and Domain, we use a lot of other marketing initiatives and innovative methods to gain interest from potential customers. These include:

Facebook & Twitter Marketing - We have had great success in creating paid Facebook adverts for properties we have listed over the past couple of years. Along with its 12 million active user base, Facebook is actually one of the most powerful marketing tools in the world. Using the Facebook demographic filters, we can target people who are actively buying and/or selling a home or who have listed property investing as an interest or hobby of theirs. We can also target the socio-economic profile of the customer to ensure that the advert is only being seen by people likely to buy your home (for instance, if your home is $950,000 we would be targeting households that earn $180k +).

Moran Realty Website - Our high performance, mobile friendly website attracts more than 5,000 page view each month and acts as a valuable information source for our network of investors. Along with organic traffic to the website, we also spend a significant amount of time and finance on Google Adwords driving potential buyers to the listings page of our website.

3D Floor Plans - An innovative initiative we adopted recently is the use of 3D digital floor plans so that potential buyers can explore your home in significant detail from within realestate and other property listing websites. Along with professional, high quality photography, the use of 3D floor plans ensures that buyers can be drawn in to the features of your home right from the comfort of their sofa making them far more likely to send an email and inquire.

Virtual House Tours and Drone Videography - We have recently purchased our own drone camera and have begun providing video tours of our properties. In today's modern age where video streaming is now as common as an image, we like to stay on the forefront of innovation when it comes to representing your home. Another great benefit of using a drone is the ability to now take aerial shots of the house and the surrounding area.

Professional Photography and Copywriting - A core part of selling your home, and something that is often taken as a given is photography. We have an interior designer that works in house and helps guide home owners when it comes to presenting their home.
