We bought our home, brand new, in September 2009. Our rain master reticulation failed in early June 2012 and I subsequently contacted our builder who advised that I needed to contact Damon from Knd’s Outdoor Services as they had purchased the system from him in November 2008 . I first contacted Damon on the 6 June 2012 and explained the situation. He advised he would come over some time that week to have a look, as the system should still be in warranty. Damon did not come to our house that week nor did he call to advise he was not going to be coming over. I called Damon again the following week and the same thing happened. He failed to arrive at our house after three scheduled appointments – each time without contacting me to discuss or let me know. After the 25 June, when I attempted to call Damon's number it went straight to voice message, without a return phone call from Damon I contacted Consumer Protection in early July 2012 and their advice was the our Builder needed to get in touch with Damon to organise for him to replace our reticulation system as they were KND’s client. Our builder was very helpful and attempted to contact Damon by phone and fax on the 11 July, 16 July and 19 July however received no response to their email/faxes or phone messages. However, I just wanted to warn anyone dealing with KND. Although we did not deal with them when they first installed our reticulation system or the other services they completed, when trying to sort out a matter they were completely ineffective. To this date (27 July 2012), Damon still has not returned my phone calls or our Builders. I would never use KND Outdoor Services nor recommend them to anyone else either.
