About Coach House Inn

The Coach House Inn provides the cheapest quality accommodation in the Richmond/Windsor area.
Available for short or longer term stays, light breakfast is included but cooked breakfasts and dinners can be provided at additional cost as required. In addition guests have the use of full cooking facilities if they choose to self-cater.
With a total of seven available rooms, the Coach House Inn can sleep a total of 19 persons. All rooms have recently undergone refurbishment and have full air-conditioning, Tv's, and double-glazed windows. The properties facilities include foxtel, books and DVD's, piano, games room, and outdoor leisure areas which includes BBQ.
Clarendon is a semi-rural area located on the outskirts of Sydney, but the inn is only a short walk from the train line making access easy to Sydney, Blacktown, Parrammatta and Penrith. In addition, within 20 minutes you can be in secluded paradise of the Hawkesbury highlands, providing wilderness walks and spectacular views over the Gross Valley. The Hawkesbury region provides plenty of fun water activities, with boating, water-skiing and canoing nearby. The inn is located at Richmond Air base and you can watch the Hercules planes from the BBQ area.
Three rooms have ensuites providing double showers, the remaining rooms share a large bathroom with double shower and bath. There are three indoor living areas and two outdoor areas where guests can relax.

If two people sleep in separate beds, $10 extra will be required.
