At Peppers Manor House, we invite you to make yourself feel at home. In winter, relax on our comfortable deep leather sofa or high black and white wing chairs while immersing in an excellent book and indulging in a decadent hot chocolate or full bodied glass of Shiraz as the open fire burns in the baronial Great Hall. As of summer, meals are served in our leafy courtyard and sumptuous drinks are enjoyed by the pool or on our luscious, manicured lawns.

Conveniently located just an hour and a half from Sydney and less than two hours from Canberra, Peppers Manor House was originally home to the Katers, a pioneering grazing family and to this day has retained its original country charm. Our 41 uniquely styled rooms and suites have recently been refreshed with new carpet and elegant soft furnishings and when combined with stunning views each creates the peaceful and tranquil setting Peppers Manor House is all about.

The completion of the Peppers Manor House facelift extends from the guest rooms to the central spaces and signage and follows the sophisticated makeover of our conference rooms and award winning Katers Restaurant in May.
