Well-appointed large two storey beach home with two living areas, designer kitchen and dining area, games-entertainment-rumpus room, master bedroom with ensuite and large double guestroom.
Upstairs is a huge living and dining area, well equipped designer kitchen, master bedroom with huge ensuite, 50sq timber deck with tree top and ocean views and includes BBQ and outdoor dining and entertaining area.

Downstairs has a second double bedroom with Queen bed, screen, DVD, and video for a quiet night in bed watching your favorite movies.

Rumpus room has a set of bunks plus 4 extra mattresses for all the kids, table tennis table, huge plasma tv, blue ray DVD, games cupboard full of books, DVD, puzzles, Lego and more.
Two Bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs.
Indoor dining table comfortably seats 6. Outdoor dining table seats up to 10.

Designer kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, cooktop, toaster,kettle and coffee-maker.
Washer on premises if required.
