About Ingrid Weisfelt

Ingrid Weisfelt has been a certified Feldenkrais practitioner since 2002. She runs a private practice in the Melbourne CBD as well as teaching Feldenkrais to professional actors, singers and dancers. She teaches the Feldenkrais Method and movement at Monash University and at the National Theatre.
Ingrid offers Functional Integration lesson in her CBD practice. Lessons are 45-60 minutes and cost $70 full price and $60 Concession.

I have had approximately 5 sessions with Ingrid. My sessions were very rewarding with a focus on my lower back. I had very good results with greater movement and body knowledge. The work integrated well with my yoga classes and giving me a clearer sense of specific body areas that I was focusing on. Ingrid is enthusiastic, professional and competent. I would highly recommend her.
