Free to Move is a Physiotherapy, Clinical Pilates and Feldenkrais practice in North Perth and Mt Hawthorn Western Australia. At Free to Move we believe that exercise is the most lasting and effective way to manage persistent pain, posture or movement difficulties. This requires a coordinated approach, which ideally begins with a detailed individual assessment.

All the Free to Move practitioners are fully qualified and highly skilled Physiotherapists, with many years of experience. Because of this, our classes and individual sessions are claimable through private health insurance. We offer a wide variety of different classes throughout the week to help you achieve pain-free fitness.
