AVESA Quantum Healing: The primary focus of AVESA Balancing is the client’s specific intent or whatever is in their Highest good. We use this intention combined with the AVESA breath technique to accomplish balance, harmony and a return to wholeness in the four-body system. You will be taught the “AVESA breath” prior to the start of the first balancing session. Each session usually lasts about 20 minutes.
