The tools that George has gifted me with, have played a huge part of so many turning points in my li...fe and a major part of each success that I've experienced. I started working with George in 2009, over the past four years that we have known each other, I have consulted with George at so many different times to make changes to several areas of my life; including strengthening damaged friendships and relationships with loved ones, dealing with my social anxieties, finally fixing my tainted sleep, ridding myself of so many behaviours and memories that were holding me back, my relationship with myself, my financial situation and my physical health. I am very impressed at the results and would not hesitate to recommend George to anyone in my shoes.... I have worked with George for 6 sessions now and can already feel the difference his work has made. Having tried a few things in that past in an attempt to resolve my inner problems, George's combination of hypnotherapy and coaching has made the biggest contribution out them all. I now feel more in control of my emotions and my habit to over-think and analyse things have severely reduced as well. I am really enjoying being able to simply just be in the moment a lot more these days and not bogged down by the constant chatter that was affecting my overall outlook on life and confidence. I am not 100% of where I want to be and sometimes catch myself going back to my old self but lets just say that there has been a big difference! I initially came to George looking to just work on increasing my confidence levels. Little did I know, George was able to help me identify other areas of my life which also needed work on that was affecting my confidence. By working through these areas, I was able to resolve other problems which I didn't know I even had and my confidence has improved as these problems no longer have the negative impact as they used to. Anyone who has any aspects in life which they are not 100% with and has even thought about it should give hypnotherapy and George's services a go. I was originally sceptical at first and even left my first session thinking I've just been ripped off but after a few sessions and listening to George's hypnosis recordings at home I started to noticing the results.

I have been a stress bucket all my life. It is getting to a stage where my health suffers due to hyp...ertension and insomnia. I have just finished a part-time evening course that went on for 3 years while working full-time as well. I thought I could finally relax and not feel stressed. Instead, I remained highly strung, with thoughts and worries constantly at the back of my mind. What is worse, I started to feel that I was unable to move forward. I was unable to make decisions and instead I try to avoid them. That’s the last straw when I stumbled onto George’s website. After the first two sessions, I already felt a lot more relaxed and especially appreciate the valuable tools George taught me changing my thinking and be more positive. I have learnt to get over mental obstacles much quicker and can channel my energy to more productive thinking.

Where I used to give in and make constant compromising for others, I was never actually looking after myself, my own needs and my own well-being. I was too busy looking after everyone else.
