BENEFITS OF KINESIOLOGY

There are so many amazing benefits from having Kinesiology sessions. Many of my clients comment on how they are handling life better, not getting stressed out over small issues any more, much more energy, a better level of well-being, are loosing weight and sleeping better, just to name a few of the benefits. Recently I had a man who had been experiencing Diarrhea for a long period of time – after working on the issue in a session (it had a lot to do with his Verbal Diarrhea) his problem went away! He had also been EXTREMELY TIRED all the time after quitting his full-time work recently. He has just reported how much better he feels and he no longer is experiencing the extreme tiredness any longer, and is looking a whole lot better.

Correcting the cause of why the body does not Hydrate itself properly can make a big difference on lots of levels. In fact, most people who come to see me need their Hydration corrected. Once the body is able to assimilate the water you drink, many imbalances in the body sort themselves out. The body can then release toxins and heavy metals from the cells and excess fluid often caused by water retention due to Dehydration. In fact, I often have clients easily loose four kilos of weight in a week after their Hydration has been corrected. Swollen ankles reduce, constipation goes away, foggy heads clear, fatigue goes, concentration and memory improves, as do energy levels.
