We founded Aria Mindfulness Training to share the meditation techniques that have enriched their own lives over many years. We facilitate ongoing meditation groups around Melbourne and trained with Open ground to teach Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) (an internationally renowned program created by Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts, USA).
We see meditation based in kindness and generosity towards ourselves and others as a way to open our hearts to the contentment and joy that is available to us all.
