Nicole Enge is a Registered Nurse, qualified Spiritual Healer, qualified Counsellor and Indian head massage practitioner providing holistic healing for your mind, body and spirit. She has a nurturing, compassionate and friendly "down to earth" approach and clients comment on the powerful changes experienced from her sessions.

Spiritual Guidance and Healing (1hr)

During the session Nicole creates a safe and sacred space and through various psychic, past life, aspect, inner child and other healing therapies she guides and assists you to
clear, heal and integrate your limiting blocks relevant to your current challenge. Release your limiting beliefs, thoughts and emotions and create the change in your life you have been seeking!

Indian Head Massage (30mins, 1hr) for women only

An ancient Indian massage therapy that is deeply relaxing and rejuvenating, focusing on your upper body: back, neck, shoulders, arms, hands, scalp and face. It assists in improving circulation, relaxing the mind, relieving muscular tension, detoxifying the body and increasing energy levels. It also is beneficial in relieving eye strain, insomnia and improving the health of the scalp and hair.

Deeply nurturing, it also incorporates energy healing techniques to assist in clearing blockages within, to create healing and a sense of peace.

Healing Meditation Group Sessions (1hr)

Take some time out to nurture yourself, de-stress and renew. Cleanse, align and strengthen your chakras and aura. Each week you are gently guided through a meditation with a different healing focus, always aligning you to your higher self and inner wisdom.
