St Kilda Kinesiology offers a variety of therapies to help you achieve optimal wellness. Keren Wigley, principal practitioner, is committed to supporting her clients on their path to increased happiness and wellness. Keren is a qualified Kinesiologist (Dip Health Sci-Holistic Kinesiology), a Reiki Master/Teacher, Advanced Theta Healing Practitioner and Meditation teacher who has been practising for many years.

Using gentle non-invasive muscle testing, Kinesiology identifies and corrects imbalances in the structural, chemical, emotional or energetic pathways of your body which are affecting your quality of life. Kinesiology addresses the cause of ill-health, rather than focusing on the symptoms and can help to put the pieces of the jigsaw puzzle together. It is an interactive therapy and you remain fully clothed, usually lying on a massage table. Corrections used are peaceful and relaxing. They may include acupressure points, muscle correction techniques, emotional stress release, emotional freedom techniques, nutritional support, counseling, flower essences, sound, colour or other complementary therapies. Deeply soothing Reiki or Theta Healing may be incorporated.

A Reiki treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through you and surrounds you. Universal life force energy, healing and unconditional love is channeled through the practitioner to you, activating the body's ability to heal itself on many levels.

Theta Healing is a fast, powerful, loving and effective technique utilizing the Theta brain wave cycle to tap into a level of being beyond time and space. It can assist you to rapidly change the way you think and feel.
