Antarctic Vehicle Air Conditioning is a complete mobile service for your auto air conditioning needs, whether it be just an annual service, a regas or a major air conditioning repair.
We service all areas of Brisbane south side and we are available to come to you any day of the week, including Sundays at no extra cost. We even work evenings as well. No advance booking is necessary. Just pick up the phone and call us and we will be there the same day, in most cases within a couple of hours.
No need to arrange transport to and from a workshop and be without your car all day for an air conditioning repair. We prefer our customers to be in control and in the comfort of their own surroundings. All our work is guaranteed! (more)

What does it cost to regas my car's air conditioning?
If it's a straightforward regas then the total cost would be $132.00
However if there's no gas then where's it gone? It could be because of a leak or simply not been serviced for years. In either case a full system test is carried out before any gas is added to the system. If a problem is detected then we inform you of the problem and the cost involved to fix it. If you decide not to have the work done then a basic charge of $77.00 is all you pay.
Our labour repair rates are charged at $77.00 per hour ($38.50 per half hour) plus any parts needed for the repair.
We accept payment by Eftpos, Mastercard, Visa and cash.

Kieran, the owner, did an outstanding job on fixing my problem. He was so thorough and he explained in detail and he even ran around till he found the part he needed. Absolutely an outstanding business! Keiran doesn't usually service the north side, but he was more than happy to come out to Nundah to replace my Astra's air conditioner compressor. He explained everything he was doing step by step and even showed me how and why the part wasn't working. Not only that, he also noticed that my front engine mount was disintegrated and offered to source a part for a trade price, pick it up that day and fit it for no extra charge. I highly recommend Keiran! He went out of his way to help me which is up and beyond what I expected. Thank you Keiran!

I highly recommend this business. The service was good, efficient, friendly and professional. Good value for money and cheaper than my usual mechanic. It was so convenient having my car fixed at my home and for no extra cost.

Kieron from Antarctic Vehicle Air Conditioning did an excellent job and instead of just re gassing and charging me full price he first diagnosed the problem and included me in the deliberations that he was making. It turned out to be just a loose nut on the compressor clutch so I was rewarded with a substantial reduction in the cost. My air-con is now working great and it was a pleasure to do business with Keiron.
