I had the misfortune to engage Car Audio Excellence to install a new stereo/navigation system in my ...car. I left a deposit then waited 4 weeks for an iPod cable which never arrived. I eventually called Ryda who had plenty and told them to go and get one from them. Well, they installed the unit, and now I have no hazard lights, no light in the rear of the vehicle or steering wheel controls. I have wires running loosely along the bottom of the car to the rear camera and an open hole in the floor of the car where they pushed out a grommet and didn't put it back. The scuff plates on the front and rear doors no longer fit properly because they broke the clips holding them on. I booked back in to have the steering wheel control problem fixed but was told they couldn't do it when I got there. Needles to say I will be asking for the installation charge to be refunded so I can go somewhere else to have the installation completed properly.
