I recently had my car directed to Mandarin Smash Repairs after a not-at-fault claim with my insuranc...e company. They speedily repaired the car in a time frame that was much quicker than estimated/expected (four days for moderate bumper and tail light damage) and were very professional in the delivery of my car. Furthermore, at my request, they fixed a minor electrical connection problem with my front low-beam headlight which was missed as an associated issue (which it clearly was given the slightly loose connection causing the problem) by the original assessors! The owners also speak Chinese (although not necessary in my case), and while one may suspect potential compromise on quality of service from various experiences with other businesses, I can say that this in this instance, this is certainly not the case! Prestige Auto Body Repairs are the best smash repairer I have ever been too. I almost wrote my vehic...le off and I was extremely stressed out, having never been in an accient before this was very traumatic. I didnt even think they could repar the damage. My dad had their number and called them straight away, within fifteen mins I had a truck from Prestige Auto Body Repairs collect my car from the pole it was kind of wrapped around, they took me and my car back to their workshop. The staff were so friendly and professional, dressed in uniforms. I always thought panel beaters alike would be pervy creeps so I was glad they were extremely professional and caring. When we got there the lovely receptionist made me a cup of tea and we discussed my options. She explained how to contact my insurance company and the insurance company will provide me with a claim number, once that has been received they will take care of the rest. Then she started organising me a courtesy loan car. I felt so lucky my dad had their number cause who knows how my day wouldve ended up. Before checking if I was alright to drive and offering to drive me to my home if it was easier on me, I got to continue on with my day! Talk about fast service. I got my car back early the following week. The hold up was mostly the insurance company completing the assessment and then checking the completion. Prestige Auto Body Repairs kept me updated the whole time but I didnt mind either way cause I had a car to get around. When I picked up my car it had been cleaned... super awesomness from Sara
