Purchased 2 new cv drive shafts. Warranty (1 year or 20,000km) Product failed (2 months & less ...than 10,000km) Company refused to honor warranty. Requested refund, new product, or repair at company's cost. Company offered to send 4 cv boots, My cost to repair as remedy. My cost to repair with boots ($400+labor/mechanic) = Remove, strip/clean, rebuild, grease/reboot, reinstall Cost of product brand new ($250) over a month and no settlement. (and no working vehicle) Horrible customer service, and breaks the law by not living up to warranty.

I would advise caution when dealing with this business. If you are picking up any parts, make sure y...ou check the parts before you make the payment. I wanted a gear box for a Honda Civic. I found the gear box in a wrecked car in Essy Auto's yard. The proprietor promised he will remove the gear box along with all the associated cables (gear shift cable and shift down cable) from the car and deliver it to my house the next day. I paid the agreed price of $450 in good faith but Essy Auto only delivered the gear box and not the cables. I have been following up regarding the cables for the past five months but he always promise to have them ready but never meets his promise. I made over 20 trips to his yard. Now he wants $100 more for the cable. Since I have no other choice, I have agreed but since then I have made four trips and he does not have the parts ready. Essy Autos gives me a date but do not have the parts ready. Today (4th May 13) when I visited his yard, the proprietor promised he will have the cable ready on Wednesday 8th May. I will be very surprised if he keeps his word. I will provide further feedback.

These guys do a thorough job. I believe the place is called Bosch Service having driven past it a fe...w days ago. They took pretty decent care of my ML 270 turbo diesel. The services definitely weren't cheap but then Mercedes don't like to offer cheap replacement parts and my car was old. The manager was always pretty reasonable and explained things to me in an easily understood manner. One of their team took my car home to his place to diagnose an inconsistent issue, and got it fixed, too.
