I would advise caution when dealing with this business. If you are picking up any parts make sure yo...u check the parts before you make the payment. I wanted a gear box for a Honda Civic. I found the gear box in a wrecked car in Essy Auto's yard. The proprietor promised he will remove the gear box along with all the associated cables (gear shift cable and shift down cable) from the car and deliver it to my house the next day. I paid the agreed price of $ 450 in good faith but Essy Auto only delivered the gear box and not the cables. I have been following up regarding the cables for the past five months but he always promises to have them ready but never meets his promise. I made over 20 trips to his yard. Now he wants $ 100 more for the cable. Since I have no other choice I have agreed but since then I have made four trips and he does not have the parts ready. Essy Autos gives me a date but do not have the parts ready. Today (4th May 13) when I visited his yard, the proprietor promised he will have the cable ready on Wednesday 8th May. I will be very surprised if he keeps his word. Will provide further feedback

I dont even know where to start to explain just how great the guys at A P S Automatic Transmissions... & Power Steering Specialists are!!! Everyone I know who wants reliable, honest and cost effective work done on their car takes their car to them. I have had extensive mechanically work done on my car from simply tightening the hand brake to completely redoing brakes, hubs and discs etc. I have never had anything but super friendly service every visit. I recommend them to everyone I know who needs work done for their car. I wouldnt take my car anywhere else. Thank you Guys

If I could give this place absolutely no stars at all I would! I arrived at their premises today,... a Saturday morning ( their website says they are supposed to be open) and walked into the reception. An older guy was sitting behind the desk filling out some paperwork - it took him 60 seconds to even acknowledge I was there. When I asked if he could help me out with a part for the car he followed me out to the car park, waited for me to open the bonnet, then waited for me to explain what part I wanted and then just said "can't help you, we're closed - none at the parts guys are here". He then literally turned his back without saying anything else and walked back into the building. I was left standing there open mouthed - astounded that in 2013 some companies think that they can get away with treating customers as though they were pieces of dirt, just there for the convenience of their company, rather than the other way around! It doesn't take a customer service guru to perhaps realise the helpful / smart thing to do would have been to a) Put something on their website saying that they were not actually open today - rather than they would be! b) The guy could have told me they were closed before I took the trouble of going back out to the car park, opening the bonnet and showing him the part I needed and c) perhaps take the trouble to take my telephone number down so that someone else could ring me back and help me out when they were in fact open. Perhaps he didn't realise that there are websites like this ( with this review) that will pop up near the top of a google search when potential customers google their company name. Absolutely terrible customer service - non existent, to be more accurate. Steer well clear would be my advice - lots more similar companies to choose from in the area.
