Our company director Peter Martin has helped train, mentor and coach staff members, managers and business owners alike in several different countries around the world including Australia, England and Norway.

Glimmer Management Consultants have three main areas of specialisation.
• Training & Coaching – We have a wide variety of training courses available across recruitment, hospitality and retail. The courses vary from Half or Full day seminars to the most popular - one hour short, sharp, punchy and highly effective ‘Job Skills’ training packages
• Small Business Start Up Packages – We offer a variety of packages to get you started in you new venture covering Business plans, Logo design and Set up, WebPages, Software packages, Database set ups, Cash Flow forecasting and many more importantly ongoing support and coaching.
