They are very local to me, but I am extremely dissatisfied with them. I paid $466 to have a problem... fixed (PSU-related on MacPro) and their repairs made no difference. I brought the computer back a few months later to get the next possible fix they had recommended, and they said they had to charge me another $59 diagnosis fee because their technician had to open up the computer. They refused to waive the fee despite the $466 I had already paid for NO RESULT.
