"I am a computer consultant with a nearly 40 years experience and I have rarely been so impressed by a computer business and its principals so much. So when we made a move to Sydney and then later to Brisbane, I continue to recommend and use them. I found out that it was simply much better to deal with the friendly, quality, fast, reliable service and individuals who take security and support seriously for my clients as I do, it's my reputation on the line every time I call on behalf of a client after all, than it would be to find and break in a new hardware supplier and support company or team . Distance has long ceased being an issue and flexibility and a sense of urgency is vital. I get that reasonable prices for everything I need and someone who will use every resource available to him to identify, research & track down a solution to often very tricky problems because if someone like me has to 'kick it upstairs' for help, it is going to be a tough one. I am always impressed with that commitment. A company that doesn't mind actually earning their money, feels a real responsibility to the end user and provides quality support without counting the minutes. What a concept!
