A haven of peace and calm offering childbirth preparation and labour support and natural therapies for birth and beyond. After many years of successfully supporting birthing women, Vickie Hingston-Jones extended her doula practice to include complementary therapies for the whole family. In addition to educating and supporting new parents, Vickie provides complementary therapies for everyone, actively bringing body, mind & spirit into balance & harmony.

Working from a home-based clinic in Tuggeranong, Vickie combines a range of natural therapies to improve health, boost immune systems and relieve stress. Conditions helped include migraine, anxiety, PMT, menopause, chronic pain, the effects of medication, insomnia and depression.
