Nitta is a highly experienced vocal instructor who works with an individual's vocal capabilities, rather than pressuring ones vocal capabilities to comply with her will. She teaches her students skill, and support, that remain fundamental throughout a singers career. As a young tenor-baritone, I had always struggled with regulated breathing and support as well as good tone and diction, however after a few lessons with Nitta, all of the bad habits simply washed away. I now, although a still very immature voice, sing with significantly greater control, and breath more regularly and confidently.

She not only teaches singing skill, but also musicianship, piano, and stage skills. Although a smaller part of her business, her 60+ years of experience certainly assist anyone with problems of all areas, from what to do with your hands when you sing, to the definition of the word Allegro!

The cost of lessons are a modest $65 an hour (which is still cheaper than the majority of half decent teachers out there), however in my opinion this is a very cheap price to pay for the training that she offers. I would highly recommend her to any individual interested in gaining highly professional training, at a very reasonable price, from a very experienced vocal instructor.
