With a new drum teaching studio now set up in Hurstville, we offer private tailored lessons for all levels, all ages and all styles.Whether you're looking to put learn for fun and pleasure, auditions, second instrument or any other reason, we promise to get you playing.
Our in-house studio teacher Steve Macris is a qualified, highly experienced, friendly and professional teacher who is committed to ensuring his students get great results and enjoy playing.
Expect structured lessons, balanced with what needs to be learned for a solid foundation, coupled with playing popular and relevant songs that you'll enjoy. From rhythmic patterns, stick control, basic reading, co-ordination, exercises, fill-ins and much more, Steve is known for making lessons fun and educational.
Lessons are tailored to suit individuals and can incorporate aural, theory and reading.
Lessons are held at our in-home teaching studio in Hurstville. Location is close to Sans Souci, Bexley, Penshurst, Rockdale, Brighton Le Sands, St George area and surroundings.

Over 15 years teaching experience in various music schools including Birrong Girls High, Jam Studios and various music schools across all age groups. Steve Macris specializes in teaching drums. He is accredited from Sydney Conservatorium of Music, Billy Hydes and former David Jones student.
