Pottery & Ceramics
We are a casual group of creative people gathering together weekly to create with clay. We offer day and evening classes for a very reasonable price. Your tutor is a highly experienced potter with extensive exposure to the industry. The classes are held in a very well equipped spacious studio which can offer the student exposure to a large range of techniques to produce wheel thrown, handbuilt or slip cast pieces. The studio is equipped with a number of kilns allowing the clay creations to be fired to many firing ranges including earthenware, stoneware oxidation and reduction and raku.
All equipment, tools and materials are included in the lesson price, however, the final firing of the clay pieces will be charged extra, this is calculated on the size of the finished article.
