The Club was founded in 1994 to be a totally free service to show people the tips and traps in property and how to retire early using the correct steps. The formula has not changed. The service is still totally free and average people are now becoming millionaires (using this formula). Kevin and Kathy are handling this vastly increased volume of people wanting to know these tips and traps by putting them in contact with past investors who act as free consultants.

These free consultants hold the hands of new investors before, during and after the process of buying property. New friendships are formed through this process - often lasting forever!

This small gathering was the seed of The Investors Club and highlighted the benefit of networking with like-minded individuals and the sharing of property investment strategies. It also reinforced Kevin and Kathy's belief that other people could benefit from practical advice and support from experienced property investors. This is what underpins The Investors Club and continues to drive its operations today.

Largely through word of mouth The Investors Club grew quickly; to such an extent that it recently needed to move to new, larger premises. Head Office comprises dedicated management and administrative personnel who ensure the operations of The Investors Club are conducted efficiently and effectively.

From these humble beginnings The Investors Club has grown rapidly and today over 90,000 families are members. The Club holds meetings every week in many parts of Australia and New Zealand. (more)
