"Giselle really understands the psychology of weight management. I have seen 4 dietitians in my life and she is definitely the best. Her empathy and knowledge is astounding. Thank you very much for helping me reverse my diabetes, after losing 10 kg, I no longer need any drugs to control my blood sugar level! I am so glad you have taken your time to explain to me the dangers of abdominal fats and how they interfere with the activities of my hormones and render them less effective. Wow, this piece of information alone made me realise what I have been doing to myself to "create" my illness. Thank you for showing me that diabetes is not an act of God but something I have actively co-created so I can "uncreate" it. I feel very fortunate to have been able to arrest the progression of my disease right at the start. Thanks for your kind patience and helping me to change in small, manageable steps so I do not get overwhelmed and feel tempted to "chuck it all in". Thanks also for showing me a plan that is doable.
