I spent over three months researching cosmetic injectors for Botox, which I eventually whittled down... to 2, which I met in person. Kas was the only cosmetic injector who did not take the pushy, car salesman approach. She listened intently, answered all of my questions, and provided me with a sense of calm amidst a nerve racking decision of having injections. Her staff is also amazing, thorough, and incredibly professional from the first visit to the final check-in. My results were better than I could have ever imagined, and I have Kas and Mr Brown to thank. Mr Brown is a kind person and a very talented plastic surgeon, a simple stand out are these two. I was not at all happy with Julian. He showed little interest and was very hard to talk to. He told ...me 'It's only pain, well that's what i think' which was incredibly unhelpful. If you're looking for a surgeon who cares then you need to look elsewhere. His staff are also very rude and unhelpful

I was under the care of Dr Hatzikostas for fertility investigations and when referred to Melb IVF he... remained my primary career. We finally got pregnant and had losses, 3 unexplained at 10 weeks, 9weeks, and 12 weeks. He was there for me through my losses, day and night and on weekends. He genuinely cared about me. Then he saw me through the high-risk pregnancy (I'm diabetic), labour, and emergency C section with DD. He saved my life during my C Section (DS). I hemorrhaged but he kept everyone calm and did what he had to do so that I would survive. Then he saw me through two more losses at 11 weeks & 13 weeks. I can't recommend him highly enough! -Linda
