Fitness Factory Erina opened in Jan 2010.
We have decided that as of Jan 2012 when we re-open on the 9th of Jan that we will be specialising in weight loss. Yes, we will be still do exercise but our focus will shift from elite fitness to exercise for weight.

As our education, research & experience has evolved we can prove that exercise is not enough to produce significant weight / fat loss.

Significant & sustained weight / fat loss is a 3 part process of which exercise is one component.

Our new Weight Loss & Detox centre will now focus on all 3, guaranteeing you real success.
