About Rock Solid Fitness Studio

We are a family owned and operated fitness studio catering to adults who wish to improve their health , fitness and wellbeing .
Personal training by appointment bookings are necessary .
Afternoon sessions are split into two timezones - open training from 3.30pm , ladies fitness from 6pm Mondays to Fridays
Time table and further details are available by dropping in to our Studio , or by calling us during trading hours 6am to 9am / 3pm to 7pm

I have had the great pleasure of doing business with Pete from Rock Solid Fitness Studio on many occasions and always been extremely happy with the prices, quality of his gym equipment and above all the friendly and highly helpful and professional service and advise. Peter has always gone out of his way to ensure that I was a happy and satisfied customer. When dealing with Pete you are not dealing with a stranger trying to fleece you of your cash but you are dealing with a trusted friend.
