About
Everyone has different schedules and exercise preferences, so we have tried to make it as easy as possible to stay fit and healthy with our 4am to Midnight opening hours, equipment combinations and class programs. We are always open to new training methods and hope our members provide as much feedback as possible so we can create the best facility possible.

Three mates from primary school all with different sporting backgrounds and educational skills have set out to build a business based on understanding the uniqueness of peoples health and fitness needs.
