Regenesis Fitness, is a privately owned non franchise business that provides fitness training facilities and guidance for the novice and expert alike. Being medium in size contributes to the friendly and service orientated feel of the club that has been developed by the owner operators and their staff.
This is the ideal venue to commence a fitness regime, especially for the novice. Support is provided in the form of the Regenesis Fitness 3 steps to success program which is provided for you as part of your membership package. Included is BMI, body fat %, base fitness and posture analysis. assistance and feedback is provided during your work out. Program updates are recommended every 6-8weeks - additional charges apply.
