Holt Kids Spy Training is the all new fun form of physical activity for kids aged 5-11 years. HKST sessions are run for 45 minutes at 3:30-4:15pm and 4:20-5:05pm. Monday and Wednesday sessions are for Prep to Year 2, while Tuesday and Thursday sessions are for Years 3 to 6.
It takes a lot of training to become a Holt Kids Spy. Sessions are constantly varied with each session having a different focus. They involve different types of equipment and develop skills such as teamwork, communication, spatial awareness, coordination and balance. Kids will develop their strength, speed and stamina utilising core strength workouts in a gym setting.
Equipment and activities used during the sessions include walkie talkie communication games, inflatable obstacles, laser tag, custom built obstacle courses, foam pit, nerf guns and core strength training equipment.
Sessions are located at Spy Headquarters Aspley State School. (more)
