About

JCU Sport & Recreation Centre is a relatively new facility, being only 18 months old and is open to EVERYBODY. JCUSRC has state of the art equipment with Technogym Cardiovascular and Cybex Strength gear.

We boast two Group Fitness Studios where we offer a variety of classes including both Les mills and free style formats. Some of our classes include:

Body pump
Body attack
Body jam
Body balance
RPM
Spin cycle
Cardio kickboxing
Yoga
Pilates

We also take bookings for squash and tennis, offer personal training, ladies fit camps and boot camps.
