Whether it's focused on injury prevention; rehabilitation; weight loss; core function; flexibility; muscle gain or a combination of the above. We train people of all ages and abilities, to help you develop well beyond what you thought was possible in a supportive environment. You will be trained in a light & open private studio space in Adelaide CBD.
At moov personal training we treat the body as a WHOLE and not the individual parts, this shows in our training methods. We share our knowledge with you to ensure you build a deeper understanding of your body and how to get the most from it.
Our specialised movement assessment will guide our planning and determine which movements we prescribe. These movements will be chosen to target any relevant weaknesses that show up during the assessment and improve on them, whether it be pain; immobility; instability; weakness; tightness; poor motor patterning etc. So if you're experiencing limitations in your movement but want to get fit or lose weight then we can help!
Our aim is to get you moving well and iron out any issues that come up as a result of previous or current injury or poor movement habits. We listen to your goals and develop a successful programme accordingly. (more)

With a qualification in Physiotherapy & many worldwide movement assessment & treatment courses under our belt you're in safe hands.
Your Head Trainer, Mary, as well as being a Physio is also qualified in Functional Movement Screening (FMS); Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA); Neurokinetic Therapy (NKT); Master Rehab Trainer & of course has a Cert III & IV in Personal Training.
