Jubilee Community Care is a local, community based organisation that provides personal, high quality care and support services to aged people in the inner northern and western suburbs of Brisbane. Jubilee Community Care helps you stay independent in your own home, comfortably and safely. At Jubilee Community Care we understand that your independence is important to you, but that sometimes you need a little bit of extra help with things like transport, shopping or hanging out the washing. We work with you to provide the services you need; and as your needs change we change to provide the ongoing help and assistance you require. Jubilee Community Care is a not for profit community organisation contracted by the Federal and State Governments to provide affordable in home care for older people including Veterans and people eligible for Home and Community Care, Aged Care at Home and Extended Aged Care Packages.
