OOSH -Out Of School Hours- service and TEENAGE GROUP for students with a disability operating on weekdays and on occasions on weekends
COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION and COMMUNITY ACCESS, day programs tailored to the individual goals of each client.
TRANSITION TO WORK for year 12 school leavers who wish to prepare themselves for the open labour market through a variety of skills developing training courses, work experience and programs created around individual needs.
RESPITE Short term respite one-off or on regular basis, organised around individuals and their families' needs.
SUPPORTED LIVING a flexible service to support individuals to live independent in the community or within an extended family setting.
LEAVING CARE providing guidance and support to clients and their foster families when statutory Out-of-Home-Care ends at 18 years of age. 2 Year program centred around the ongoing and current needs of the individual and his/her long term goal which can be living independently, semi-independently or any other arrangement.
