PHOSH was founded in 2009, by Paul & Pamela Hetmanska it is a small family business, with a wealth of experience in occupational health and safety. Both Pamela and Paul have worked as OH&S managers, WHSO's and company auditors. we have vast experience in various fields such as construction, mining, disability, schools, aged care, office and service based. We started this company to make it easier for small and large businesses to be able to fulfill their legal responsibilities without draining to much out of their budget.

We are committed to strengthening the business models and plans of businesses in a variety of industries. From conducting external auditing through to writing policies and procedures that are compliant with legislation and compliment your business, we'll be here to lend you a helping hand.

PHOSH has come about due to the increasing demand for Occupational Health & Safety Advice for both the small and larger organizations. It has been becoming more evident that a number of smaller companies are floundering in uncertainty regarding their current Occupational Health & Safety needs.
