"I first met Dr Ridhalgh when I needed a surgical procedure to my knee in 2004. 6 months after this surgery I moved from Sydney to Yeppoon in Central Queensland. One year after my relocation to Qld, I broke my clavicle. I was not happy with my GP's advice and treatment and contacted Dr Ridhalgh to discuss my fracture. As a result of this call, I returned to Sydney the following week and underwent the first of, what was to be, 4 surgical procedures. I think Dr Ridhalgh is terrific. Good surgeon, great listener, compassionate and an all-round good guy. He has always made himself available to me as I made many telephone calls to discuss every ache and pain I was experiencing with my clavicle. He displayed patience and concern with every phone call. I probably became co-dependent because of the distance (1900 kms) but he has never once let me down. If a person ends up with Dr Ridhalgh as their surgeon, well, they have made the right choice.
