Adrian Kmita an Osteopath, help clients manage pain they experience anywhere in their body by analysing the whole person from head to toe for the cause, then providing manual therapy and exercise to help them heal.

The most common complaints Adrian sees are: Back pain, shoulder pain, neck pain, elbow pain, hip pain and knee pain. Manual therapy involves joint mobilisation and articulation techniques, massage and stretching techniques, as well as joint manipulation and osteopathic techniques (such as counterstrain) used to decrease tension in the body.

Exercise prescription from Osteopaths is specific to the clients condition, helping them to manage their health for the long term.

Adrian Kmita has trained in University for 5 years, and has a Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy) and a Masters of Osteopathy to his name. As a University trained Osteopath he also has skills in neurological and orthopaedic testing. (more)
