Over eight years of experience within group and personal training has allowed Element Training, with the Central Coast's longest serving full time trainers, to create their very own purpose built training centre,The Element Training Centre. Element Training managed by Jason Siebert & Amy Fletcher, and supported by a carefully selected trainer team, is the Coasts premier non-commercialised training company.

With years of experience coaching all levels of fitness and guiding individual client needs the Element Training team are dedicated to helping their clients achieve their personal fitness and nutritional goals.

Offering both indoor and outdoor fitness classes, the Element Training team will ensure you never experience the same class twice.

Element Training's 'Outdoor Element' classes at Terrigal Beach and surrounding areas will get you outdoors into natures gym and back to the basics. Using your body as the equipment and our local beaches as the backdrop, these classes are designed to get your body into its most natural and balanced state.

The Element Training centre, located in Erina on the Central Coast is home to all of Element's indoor classes, courses and workshops. The Element Training Centre is a functional and purpose built, creative space, where you experience training styles free from the constraints of commercial fitness where you can be in your element.
