Body Camp specialises in outdoor group fitness and one to one personal training. Operating in Manly the sessions combine exercise with the beach surroundings, to create the ideal fitness experience. If your goal is weight loss, body toning or to generally improve your fitness level, Body Camp will help you get in shape and achieve maximum results in minimum time.

Group Training: By participating in Body Camp group exercise sessions you will receive the benefits of having a Personal Trainer at an affordable price. Groups are kept to a maximum of 8 participants, to ensure that you receive optimum encouragement and guidance.

Personal Training: The Body Camp personal training sessions are tailored towards you and more specifically, your desired fitness goals. If you are after one to one support and attention with a comprehensive fitness plan, then the personal training option is for you.

The Sessions: Using a combination of circuits, ‘on the move’, and game based activity, Body Camp offers a wide variety of aerobic exercise that includes walking, running, boxing, skipping, stair climbing, to name a few. Resistance exercise includes using dumbbells, stretch bands, fit balls and your own body weight.

In the Body Camp sessions you can expect to alternate between both aerobic and resistance exercises. This is proven to be the ultimate formula for achieving both weight loss and muscle toning.


Qualifications
- Bachelor of Human Movement Science
- Certificate 4 in Fitness - Personal Trainer
- Certificate 3 – Group Instructor
- Certificate in Health & Physical Education
