Hi, my name is Cindy and I am a passionate Personal Trainer who can assist you in your Fitness Goals!

Background - Been in the fitness industry since 2005. 2 years Filipino Martial Arts in Kickboxing. Currently I run Senior Group Classes with the Health Promotion Board.

Two locations for trainings -
1) CHATSWOOD
Studio Gym on Mondays and Thursdays only.

2) HURSTVILLE
Homebased Gym Environment OR Outdoor Park in Hudson St on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays only.

Master Personal Trainer
Certificate 3 in Gym Instructor
Certificate 4 in Personal Trainer
Certificate in KickBoxing
